Filtration Media for the Zinga LE100 direct interchange
Our filter media is backed by ISO 16889 multi-pass testing and other ISO/SAE test protocols and the filter is produced in an ISO Certified manufacturing facility. An ISO Certified manufacturing facility is all about quality control, consistency, responsibility, and being true to the design. Optimized media is used for fine filtration, just like the Zinga LE100 spin-on hydraulic filter to be replaced. Our spin-on filters use the optimal amount of media and pleats to ensure high dirt-holding capacity. The correct number and design of pleats in the element will give you the lowest initial pressure drop. Therefore the filter will take longer to reach its change-out pressure drop which is usually 25 PSID.

This Zinga LE100 spin-on filter replacement element is beta-rated. The filter performance is outstanding. The Beta X = 1000 number means that for every 1000 particles of x size in the fluid only one particle will pass through the filter on average.

Filter Burst Pressure for the Zinga LE100 cross reference
A filter burst pressure of 261 Burst, 145 Collapse means that if the filter is completely clogged and the build up of pressure reaches or surpasses 261 Burst, 145 Collapse the filter may burst at the gasket or allow contamination downstream. Please use a satisfactory safety factor for the filter.
